About Our Inks
Our screen printing department uses what is know as plastisol ink. Plastisol is a PVC-based ink composed of a clear, thick plasticizer fluid and PVC resin commonly used for textiles, especially t-shirts. This ink provides a vivid and durable print suitable for a large variety of textiles.
Custom, Pantone and Specialty Inks
We do have the ability to mix custom and Pantone colors, however, there is an additional charge per color. We can also obtain inks known as specialty inks. A few varieties would be Puff, Suede, Reflective and Metallic Flake, to name a few. There is also an additional charge when your order requires a specialty ink.
Stock Ink Colors
We consider the inks shown below to be our STOCK colors and they are included in the price when you are given a quote. The images are of actual swatches printed in our screen printing department. They are meant to show how the inks will look when printed with and without a white underlay and when printed as a percentage tint.
