ART & DIGITIZING

Digitizing is the process of plotting all of the stitches required to embroider your artwork on an item. Once your logo is digitized the file can be loaded into one of our embroidery machines and sewn. There is a one time charge to digitize your logo, but after that it can be sewn countless times. If you need some help updating your logo or laying out your design, our graphic design department is always eager to help.

MONOGRAMMING

Add a personal touch to your company apparel or uniforms with individual monogrammed names. We have a ton of pre-digitized fonts to choose from which makes it a snap to personalize your items and not break your budget.

A little bit about embroidery.

The embroidery concept is pretty simple, right? We all know it’s the art of sewing designs onto textiles with needle and thread. However, there’s a lot that goes into preparing the designs or logos and setting up the machines before a single stitch can be sewn. Logos need to be digitized, needles need to be threaded, the products need to be hooped and much more. We won’t bore you with all the details, just be aware there’s more to the process than meets they eye.

Additionally, our state of the art embroidery department features four six-head machines along with a single head machine used for samples and monogramming. With 25 heads sewing at up to 1,000 stitches a minute, we are confident we can tackle all of your embroidery orders large or small.
